Road Trip to Sacramento to San Francisco, and Solvang

I had been traveling with Matt alot lately. Going to different places mostly every week or on my weekend offs. We love to travel and seeing places together. Just this past weekend, we drove almost 8 hours straight to Roseville, Sacramento to visit my college friend Jen (and her son's birthday party at John's Incredible Pizza Co. which was fun!). While up north, we also went to come see few of our family friends Tita Evelyn and Philip (who were so generous for our dinner), and Matt's great aunt Jean and uncle Richard (who were so delighted to see him after 10 years or so).

It was a nice feeling seeing these lovely people again. We then drove west to San Francisco to, somehow, hoping Matt could see the Golden Gate Bridge. But unfortunately, was covered with fog and in fact we could only see the end of the bridge. I could still remember seeing the bridge as good as it was, few years ago. We spent most of our time on the road because of the SF traffic (but thank god for fastrak). Then on our way south, due to danger in driving in a narrow and dark road, we decided to stay one more night in halfway point of our trip staying at Pismo Beach (Sea Venture Resort is a must to try!). And not far from where we stayed at is a popular town (will make you feel you're not in California!). Hence, we ended up going to Solvang, which is the most beautiful little Dutch town ever!

And because Christmas is almost near.. :)
Ofcourse, I was so happy I took home my favorite Dutch-made Cheese Danish ^___^
